DARWIN - PERTH

When I arrive in Darwin in mid-September, the first part of my journey begins. First via Katherine to Arnhem Land and Limmen National Park, then via Daly Waters and the Buchanan Highway through the Tanami Desert towards WA. Through the Kimberleys and along the west coast to Broome, Port Hedland and Carnarvon to Perth. Directly about 4,000 km, but last time with all the trips along the way I drove about 10,000 km. I pick up my camper in Darwin and if all goes well I will return it to Perth after just over 11 weeks. Whether I will still have time to visit the southwest corner when I arrive in Perth will remain to be seen.....
